happy wednesday to y’all. hope everyone had a great weekend. pro-tip for those with less than iron clad stomachs: dont attempt to devour four sloppy joe’s in a day, the results are less than appealing. one other thing, dont go drinking a few beers the next morning either cause again the results kinda suck. 22 year old greg clearly has the upper hand in this relationship.
released in decemeber of 09, zoe muth and the lost high rollers self titled release is itching me right where i scratch. her voice is gorgeous and is eerily reminiscent of early career emmylou harris. her band the lost high rollers does a perfect job of showcasing said voice and lyrics that aint too shabby either. one of my least favorite sayings is “so and so could sing me the phone book and still find it awesome.” well, i am not one to not contradict myself and will admit that she could sing me the script to my left foot and i’d hang on every word.
