howdy all! hope everyone out there is having just a lovely day. i know i sure as hell am…. anyway, we finally found a place, and we are all good to go. well, at least on the living situation front. now, we just have to hear from my relocation people. my company is paying for the move but the one caveat is is that if its over 500  miles they direct bill a moving company, but if it’s less than said amount we are responsible for the arrangements, but we will get paid back. wouldn’t you know it though, we are like at 485 miles. i am truly hoping they aren’t freakin sticklers about the how mileage thing….

hey that vic chesnutt/elf power record is freakin awesome. i was expecting it to be more elf power than vic chesnutt, which would have been fine, but it’s the other way around which is even better, imo. probably vic’s best record since is the actor happy? thats not to take anything away since, cause he has put out some great stuff, but this is most most excellent.

vic and elf power’s dark developments comes out on 10.28 on orange twin.

and how

as of late, i have been mildly addicted to martha wainwright. my low to mid grade love affair was pretty much ignited by both this particular show, and the concert video (see below). there is something very engaging and kinda lovable about her. cant quite put my finger on it…

here she be in malmo, sweden on 12.6.05. its an fm broadcast, and most likely isnt the entire show…

I am a big fabchannel fan. I watch the Echo & The Bunnymen concert about once a month. I also like the two Frames shows. They used to have a great Richard Ashcroft show too, but lost the rights to it whatever that means.
