with new faces, black erasers, and a d-movie like scream
afternoon, peoples. firstly, this may be the only post for this week. i am maybe moving this site to another company, and dont want to put anything else on my current server until i know that things are going to pan out in my favor. i dont want to have to attempt to transfer any more shit than i have to.
secondly, here is will johnson @ dans bar in denton, tx – i dont have the date available at this time, but it was recent. he’s playing some songs that are most likely from his upcoming record w/ jason molina. anyone got a date on that? the track names may be off, btw… thanks to the original taper!

in case you gauge a post’s success by number of comments, i couldn’t let will covering husker du go without one. so thanks. also, glad and sorry in your golden smog post is a faces cover.
you know what, steve? i like comments but at this point i dont expect em. if they happen, they are very much appreciated, if not well so be it.. damn, i knew i had heard “never talking to you again” but couldnt remember where. now it all coming together.. thanks steve..
man, what a great set. thanks for posting it. that molina/johnson album better be one of the best of this year, i just can’t deal with two centro-dissapointments in a row.
there are no Centro-dissapointments. That said, I never enjoy Molina or Johnsons stripped down solo work as much as there full band work, so I doubt this will be my favorite album of the year, but I still hope they tour it together.
thanks for posting this set!
