u2 live in dublin, 8.28.93

u2, even though they have fallen way out of favor with me, will always have a soft spot in my heart. admittedly, i still love just about everything up to and including zooropa. i saw this tour with my h.s. sweetheart at was then called the world in tinley park, il. public enemy opened, and i couldnt think of a worse opening band for the crowd, but i freaking loved it. public enemy, being one of my favorite bands, pretty much shocked just about every white person in the place, but again it wa awesome. they hung a klansman, and just pretty much did what they do. the u2 portion was so overblown, but gloriously done so.
