interestingly, i dont believe i have heard or actually heard of paul mccartney’s 71 release, ram. really not a surprise though, cause quite frankly i have never been much of beatles/mccartney/lennon/etc guy and thus havent paid that much attention. strange, probably, i know. why do i bring ram up? well friend of captains dead and all around good guy, justin @ aquariumdrunkard is releasing a free ram cover record entitled ram on la through his autumn tone records sometime this upcoming week.

ram on la features a bunch of la bands including the broken west, le switch, bodies of water and travel by sea. even though the comp is free, it is encouraged that downloaders make some kind of donation to no more landmines.
