the maldives live on kexp – video

morning! wanted to briefly revisit the maldives’ listen to the thunder for a brief moment. i featured em a few months ago, and much like the futurebirds record, this one keeps gettin better and better. it was released in 09, but honestly its my favorite record i have heard this year. you can pick it up via mt fuji records, and i highly recommend doing so. my only problem is that i dont think tequila sunday is great representation of the record. its a great song, no doubt, but i wouldve picked something else. just my 2 cents.
