the breeders last splash demos

by matt on December 4, 2011

Stumbled across these recently. The Breeders’ Last Splash demos are presented here. The Breeders will always remind me of high school and like lots of people in ’93-’94, “Cannonball” was the cornerstone of any respectable mixtape. Thankfully the Kim Deal connection is how I learned about The Pixies, which is how I learned about a lot of things. Funny how shit works like that sometimes.

Anyway, there’s plenty of good stuff here.

Enjoy.

Thank you for sharing these demos. it gives great insight as to how these songs were structured. It is fascinating to hear these vs. the finished product.
