so, suburban home, the label, is celebrating their 14th anniversary, and in honor of such a milestone, they are giving everyone a free record. well, a digital download, but whatever. i eyeballed what they are offering and their looks to be probably about 40 or so records available for your choosing. these records feature the likes of two cow garage, drag the river, cory branan and jon snodgrass, tim barry, joey cape, kay kay and his weather underground, austin lucas and a bunch bunch more. now all you gots to do is give em your email address, say yes or no to signing up to their newsletter and just wait for the link. i chose, austin lucas’ somebody loves you after reading this review of it on ninebullets and listening to the track below. i had posed the question of which one to get to mr ninebullets, bryan, and of course being the impatient bastard that i am, i didnt wait for his response. he replied back shortly after i had made my decision and recommended i get tim barry’s manchester – cue price is right losing horns. but after listening to a few of his tracks, my choice could have gone either way cause i dig what im hearing from both dudes.

check out their extensive media page so you can sample before you make your decision. their also on twitter, if thats your thing and so am i, again if thats your thing.
