afternoon, to some, morning to the rest. hey record store day 09 is on saturday and 4 new orleans shops are participating. what they have going on, i havent a clue but, stop in, buy something and feel mildly good about yourself. btw, sadly i have only hit up the mushroom on broadway, but if you havent been its definitely worth the trip. as i was walking out recently, a young college kid, probably a freshie, was buying a pipe and the chap behind the counter had to ensure that said kid was buying the pipe for “tobacco purposes” only. i laughed…. heres the list..
