top of the day! well its almost official, our move back to chicago that is. the wife has given her 3 week notice, and i have something in the works up there. so, by august 1 we should be back in our motherland. here’s knocking on wood, or something. if there is anyone in chicagoland looking for a kick ass sous chef/kitchen supervisor, the wife is looking, and please let me know.
