i didnt bother going to or even listening to any of the pixies re-union shows from last year. or was it the year before?? does that make me a bad fan? or just a poor one?? or a concerned one?? either way, i am sure they were fine but i didnt want any romantic view i held of them tarnished in any way.? maybe one day i will get around to checkin them shows out.? in the meantime, here is a promo live cd that was laying around.

in other news, if you happen to live in a city listed below, i highly recommend checkin out the cold war kids, figurines and tapes ‘n tapes tour that is going on now. high energy from front to back. a good time was had by all, i felt. the figurines kicked all kinds of ass, imo.

awesome, thanks rich. i was listening to the cold war kids stuff yesterday, and frankly its pretty fuckin good. I was hoping that TnT would change my impression of them but sadly that didnt happen.
