one random email featuring justin kline

i was actually pretty excited when i got this email, then i opened it, and realized my excitement was all for naught. see, there is a jeff klein who plays with the twilight singers, and he actually has a new ep/record out entitled death of the fox
and its pretty great. if you dig twilight singers stuff, you should definitely not be disappointed. any who, see this cat from tennessee’s name is justin kline, and i got all confused in my excitement and mixed up the two names. justin, jeff close enough. while i was in the email i figured i better at least listen to justin’s wares. in said email i saw words like “powerpop,” “beach boys,” “superdrag,” and got excited again. it certainly is a powerpop record, for sure, and a pretty damn good to boot. i hear more apples in stereo than i do superdrag, but thats neither here nor there. i cant listen to powerpop too much nowadays, but i had fun jamming this in the car in the ride in this morning. i blame fountains of wayne for said occasional powerpop aversion. his second ep triangle is out now which im assuming you can purchase via his site. definitely worth checking out.
