nice pics… i’m not big on crowds but definitely want to hit mardi gras at some point. Nice hat too… i have that same one. Cute kid…i have some of those too.
Ah thanks man. I don’t like crowds either but during the day it wasn’t bad definitely manageable and tolerable. The strange thing is is that 90 percent of the crowds are on bourbon st so if you want to take a break just walk over a couple of blocks. Sure there are still people in the streets but its just like walking down say damen in wicker park/bucktown. I think people would be very pleasantly surprised about how great a city new orleans is. It defintely gets a bad rap. Sure it has its issues but those are pretty much avoidable if you aren’t in the drug and gang life.
