lions in the street

if they ever come around my way, and i hope they do, come hell or high water i am going to check out lions in the street. there are some bands that, as much as i like em, seeing live is probably or definitely not necessary – solo mark kozelek im talkin bout you. then there are those bands, ie lions in the street, that a killer live show is almost a lock. i just dont see or better yet hear how they wouldnt put on classic rock show ala the stones, faces, dbt, etc.. these guys are good, really fucking good for that matter.

they are prepping a new lp, but in the meantime you can download a free ep via their site. highly, highly recommended.
