jeff tweedy live at harper college 3/5/99 part 2

Posted by matt on Thursday, December 1st, 2011

Part two of the Jeff Tweedy solo show from Harper College in 1999. Part one is here.

Some great stuff. “Hoodoo Voodoo” as played here is as good as any other version I’ve ever heard. The “Red Eyed Blue/I Got You” is another highlight.

Enjoy.

After spending a lot of time with this show this week, I will agree with you that this show will always be near the top of my Wilco playlist. I have always been a huge Wilco/Tweedy fan, and while I have always looked forward to every release (I even loved Sky Blue Sky) “Being There” will always hold a special place in my heart. So often, it’s not just the music we love, but the memories and the time in our lives that hearing the music again brings us back to. Anyway….as always….THANK YOU for posting this.

Yes, I second Jay’s request…do you have the last 2 tracks for this show?

    Thanks!
    -Kurt

  4. Matt says:
