i must warn you before venturing forward with this counting crows show from 2000. the warning being that adam duritz’s banter is downright embarrassing and almost unlistenable. i dont think there’s been a more awkward musician/crowd intercation since gg allin flung his feces into the crowd at one of his shows. even with that said, its still a pretty great show and setlist and presumably one of the last before everything went to shit.

The banter from Duritz is always a bit questionable, though, for sure!
i very well may be, matt, but sadly nothing in the past 10 years has been any good. or at least consistent. sure their records will have a few bright moments but all in all they have just been a huge disappointment. at least to me.

They are talented musicians and have turned into kind of a jam band imho. BTW – link #9 doesn’t work and #6 is really #5 and there is no 6. But thanks, as always.
