morning, all. its going to be a slow week for new stuff for i am preparing for another 24 in 24 deal. in case you dont know what that is, its pretty simple. i make 24 posts over the course of 24 hours – one an hour on the hour. did it once before and it was kinda fun. the post-a-thon will begin roughly at noon on friday and run until 11 am on saturday.
in other news, if all you know about the vaselines is that either they are scottish, or probably most notably the fact that cobain covered a bunch of ther songs, then you, my friend are sorely missing out. luckily for you, if that is indeed the case or even if you are a vaselines fan, sub pop is re-releasing the way of the vaselines, but this time they’re calling it enter the vasalines. of course, they have added a bunch of “never-before-heard” demos, new mixes/remixes, live cuts, etc. you know how subpop does their deluxe edition releases. enter the vaselines is out on 5.5, click here for all the details.
