howdy y’all! happen to be on twitter last evening when james mcnew, yo la tengo/dump, offered up this recording of a recent, 7.10, dump gig at maxwell’s in hoboken, nj. its not the most awesome recording, but you can definitely get into what he’s laying down. as you can tell, or maybe couldnt, its a bunch of prince covers – which falls in line with a record he put out in 01 called that skinny motherfucker with the high voice? btw, you can purchase that above drawings via his myspace page.
