gregor | January 7th, 2007 - 9:48 pmwhat a “not want to do anything” day this has been. the boy has been ill the past couple of days and literally has not left the couch all day today. therefore, we are wallowing in his laziness and catching up on some of our own. one downside to his current condition is that we have watched the sponge bob movie a few of times, as well as the curious george movie – which was mildly entertaining. i believe he may have some mild form of obsessive compulsive behaviour, which i can probably chaulk up to bad parenting.
have you guys checked out chicagoan david vandervelde as of yet? he’s definitely got a t rex, bowie and 70′s glam vibe going on. typically this kind of style is not my thing but he doesnt kiss too much influence ass to make it way over the fucking top. its the direction i wish dan bejar and destroyer would have taken after i first heard streethawk. david’s got a new record the moonstation house band comin out at the end of the month.
