sure, the maldives record listen to the thunder came out in 09, and there is no word on anything new coming out but that aint stoppin me! i have listened to it quite a bit since i first discovered it sometime last year, but as of late its really hitting hard. to my ears, its almost a perfect record. stuff i wasnt hearing a a year ago, i am now. its very much like how i fell in love with the everybodyfields nothing is okay, just kept on listening, paying attention and just burrowed itself way the fuck into my tiny little brain. if you didnt listen to me a year ago, please do listen now and pick this thing up. you can buy it/download listen to the thunder

one of my favorite albums of the past few years…and my favorite show from SXSW 2010…how they crammed that much flannel and beard on one small stage, i will never figure out….thanks for reminding me that it has been too long since i last listened
likewise… i freakin love it. when i was driving up to chicago, everyone was asleep, turned the stereo off and just plugged into my phone and listened to it over and over for about 2.5 hours. i have been listening to it on and off since last year, but during that drive through mississippi, arkansas and southern illinois it really hit me.
