firstly, thanks so much to everyone who has donated thus far. i cant thank you all enough, you should have received an email from me, but if you havent, its coming. secondly, to sweeten the pot and help me reach my goal of almost one year of hosting paid, i am going to offer up two items to be raffled off of sorts. the first being 50 cds, of your choosing. i will give you a list of what i have, and you get to pick em. some of em may not have cases but ill make sure they are properly encased. the second one, is gonna be a surprise, but you may dig it esp if you are a musician. to be entered, all i am asking is for a donation of 5 bucks or more. everyone who’s already donated is already entered regardless of dollar amount. just use paypal button over there to the right. one caveat, i am closing donations as of 8.10 and if i dont get it, then the two prizes go out the window, but if i will send some folks some nice stuff regardless….

now you may ask yourself, why the hell is he doing this? well, one reason is that i love this site, and i dont want to see it go away in the event of advertising revenues sinking even lower. i just dont want anything to happen to it for the foreseeable future. thats really it. and all monies raised thus far has gone directly to paying my hosting bill, fyi.

i am still making up my mind on minny’s yer cronies and their record when i grow up. i am staying with em cause  of this quote by mr ben rbidwell of band of horses:
