buddy holly: the apartment demos

top of the late morning! admittedly, other than the obvious i dont know much about buddy holly or his music, but i ran across this collection of demos that were recorded in his apartment shortly before his untimely death in 1959. i still havent listened to the entire thing, but its definitely an interesting listen. all apologies, i dont have a zip of this, but if you have firefox or chrome you can find extensions that will download them all. just make sure your on the single post page, and not on the front page cause then it will download everything on that page. of course, if you want that, go right ahead.

    Amazing. It is hard to believe that these low fi recordings were made in ’59. Shows how ahead of his time he was. Robert Pollard and Jack Logan have to tip their hats to him.
